You ship itone it is free for amounts over €100,00
NB For payment on delivery there is a €6,00 ​​cash on delivery service regardless of the amount.

All shipments to Italy are made via Express courier: UPS o SDA.
Shipping timesone depend on the geographical location of destinationone of the goods.
Generally all shipments to Italy are delivered within 24/48 hours from the time of shipmentone (excluding public holidays).

Every order received by 14.30pm is shipped the same day it is receivedone of the order. (Excluding orders with payment method: Bank Transfer, where you ship itone will take place after the payment has been credited)

For each shipmentone tracking code will be provided via email to be able to track the positionone of the package.


 

3.1 Shipping costsone - Italy

Shipments to Italy are made via GLS courier or other courier of equal reliability at discretionone di Big Line sas. 

Shipping costsone they can be calculated using the appropriate form on the page relating to payment and completionone of the order. 

Shipping timesone depend on the geographical location of destinationone of the goods. Generally all shipments to Italy arrive within 24/48 hours from the day the shipment was madeone (excluding public holidays). 

Delivery times for Europe are between 48 and 72 hours from the shipping dateone (excluding public holidays).

Orders received during the weekend and on Italian national holidays for example starting from Friday evening at 18.00 CET until Monday at 8.30 CET will be shipped on the working day in Italy following the order. What has been expressed so far does not apply to order proposals made by bank transfer where the credit notification from the bank is awaited. 

Delivery times are however indicative and not binding.

3.3 Shipping dateone

Accepted order proposals will be shipped from Big Line Sas, at the address indicated by the customer, from Monday to Friday by 15 pm with exceptionsone  of Italian public holidays. 

3.4 Items no longer available

In the event that an item, referred to in a previous order proposal, is no longer available Big Line Sas undertakes to send a communicationone via email to the customer's address communicating the impossibility of sending the ordered goods. 

The customer can then choose to have the entire amount paid credited to their current account or credit card as quickly as possible.

3.5 Traceability of shipmentsone 

At the time of shipmentone of the order, Big Line Sas sends its Customers an email containing the number of shipmentsone supplied by GLS or another courier chosen by Big Line sas. Customers can follow the status of their order directly by following the link contained in the communication emailone.

3.6 Authorized delivery of shipmentsone 

Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are asked to carefully inspect the packagerimto affix a signature as proof of delivery of the shipmentone. The packages DEMON they are carefully packaged in brown-colored parcelsone or white with adhesive tape placed around the packageone.

If for any reason, pack itone appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are asked to sign for receiptone with reservation, or they can refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tamperingone of the package, Customers are asked to immediately report the incident and contact Big Line Sas at the address info@demonocchiali.it in 5 days.

If for any reason you ship itone fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender at the Customer's expense. These amounts will be deducted from the eventual rimfee due to the Customer from Big Line Sas 

3.7 Shipment inventoryone

In case of non-delivery of the shipmentone, after the second delivery attempt, GLS automatically sends to the sender (Big Line Sas) the inventory opening dossier, which reports the reason for the non-delivery and the request for instructions for release.

Big Line Sas reserves the right to request the return of the goods 3 working days after the communicationone di Big Line of stock, in the absence of instructions from the end customer.

There is a maximum storage period of 10 days at the nearest GLS branch, storage costs are borne by the Customer.

We remind our customers that the Inventory Opening Dossier plus the cost of any redelivery/return for all national services is the responsibility of the Customer. The maximum cost to be paid by the customer for storage is €11,00.

3.8 Shipping documentsone

As required by international trade regulations, all shipments of DEMON they are sent by Zanè from the company Big Line Sas with an official invoice declaring the exact value in Euros of the items shipped. 

It is illegal to declare amounts lower than current amounts or require items to be declared as gifts. 

The customer relieves the Company Big Line Sas from any liability deriving from the issueone of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the customer, beingone the customer himself is solely responsible for the correct insertionriment.
