Advice on choosing prescription lenses by type of sport:

• Mtb: Creation is recommendedone, by your optician, of photochromic filters with a transparent starting color. You will therefore have glasses that are dynamic to light-dark light changes, typical of mountain biking.
• Road cycling: Generally, those who use racing bikes prefer a category 3 smoke lens, since it does not require the reactivity of a photochromic lens given the few changes in light that generally accompany the athlete on the route.
• Running and Trail Running: It always depends on the time of serviceone, given the wide possibilities of running at any time, we recommend choosing a photochromic lens, with colorone transparent starting point, which can be used at night as a simple protectionone from the air.
