SKI AND SNOWBOARD GOGGLES WITH INTERCHANGEABLE LENSES

For dedicated snow enthusiasts who tackle the mountains on skis or snowboards in any atmospheric condition, Demon has introduced a line of ski and snowboard goggles equipped with multiple lenses. These goggles are designed to provide athletes with optimal visibility both on the track and off-piste, regardless of light or atmospheric conditions.

In the DEMON collection, you'll find goggles tailored for athletes who never cease their adventures, skiing and riding in all kinds of atmospheric conditions. Alongside the lens pre-installed on the goggles, the package includes a transparent lens, interchangeable and ideal for use on days with cloudy weather, fog, snowfall, or for night skiing.

Additionally, there are other models available with different lens options (Smoke and Orange), suitable for various light and atmospheric conditions:

  • MAGNET: This interchangeable ski and snowboard goggle features magnetic lenses. In the kit, you'll find a mirrored smoke lens for intense light conditions and a high-contrast orange lens for less intense light conditions, such as cloudy or foggy weather.

Changing lenses on the MAGNET model is simple and swift, taking just 3.8 seconds. Thanks to the presence of 8 magnets, the lens remains securely attached, even during shocks and vibrations, facilitating quick and effortless lens changes.

Lens Selection Guide:

Ski and snowboard goggles with interchangeable lenses come with different types of lenses. Below is a brief description of the lens types and their uses to help you choose the most suitable interchangeable snow goggle for your needs:

Category 3 Smoke Lens: The smoke lens has a colored mask with internal smoke, similar to the darkness typically found in common sunglasses. Due to the structure and size of the snow mask lens, this particular color is recommended for very intense sunny days and prolonged use. However, we do not recommend using this lens for days with low light, cloudy weather, fog, or snow conditions.

Category 2 Orange Lens: The orange lens is characterized by high contrast, making it ideal for conditions with less intense light such as cloudy weather, fog, and snow. It helps athletes see bumps and ripples in the snow more clearly. This lens is particularly suitable for days with low light brightness, where a transparent lens may not provide enough clarity. On cloudy days, it is the most suitable lens for discerning features on the track and off-piste. We do not recommend using this lens at night, even with strong artificial lighting, as it is too dark.

Category 1 Transparent Lens: The transparent lens is essential for those who never want to stop. It is the go-to option for skiing or snowboarding at night. Additionally, it serves as an excellent alternative to the orange lens in critical conditions such as fog or snow.

Special Anti-Fog Technology:

The lenses of the snow goggles with interchangeable lenses are constructed with special technology that effectively combats fogging even in critical conditions. This technology features two overlapping lenses separated by a spongy section, which forms a cavity to reduce the thermal shock between the external and internal temperatures, thus preventing condensation formation that leads to fogging. The internal surface is also equipped with anti-fog treatment for enhanced performance.

Ultralight and Elastic Frame:

The frame is constructed with a special ultra-light and elastic plastic material designed to withstand high and low temperatures without deformation. It is equipped with high-density sponge for a better fit, enhancing comfort even during prolonged use. The adjustable elastic includes a soft silica GRIP section on the inside for improved helmet compatibility.

For Those Who Wear Prescription Glasses:

Individuals who wear prescription glasses can consider using a universal clip-on attachment. Through their trusted optician, it is possible to create and install prescription lenses to be inserted inside their ski and snowboard goggles with transparent lenses. From a comfort perspective, this option provides the equivalent of using an optical frame without the bulk of the temples.
