CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Premise
These conditions of sale concern the purchase of products carried out remotely via the site demonglasses.it, owned by BIG LINE SAS, with registered office in ZANE' and VAT no. 00946170248, registered in the Vicenza Company Register.
Big Line SAS offers only the sale of products available in stock. Orders for unavailable items are not accepted. Any order containing an item that is no longer available, even if mistakenly listed, is void.
The receipt of an order by Big Line SAS, transmitted electronically by the customer, obliges the customer to purchase the goods at the price indicated in the "total" section of the electronic invoice. Big Line SAS reserves the right to accept the customer’s proposal within 3 business days from the receipt of the electronic order or, in the case of bank transfers, upon credit confirmation in the company's account. Acceptance will be communicated either explicitly or implicitly, with the issuance of the purchase invoice by Big Line SAS.
By submitting an order proposal electronically, the customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms of Sale in all dealings with Big Line SAS.
The transmission of the order proposal implies full knowledge and total, unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale as well as other information contained in the website pages.
1.1 Payment Methods
The purchased item must be paid for upon the completion of the transaction, using credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or cash on delivery (COD).
Credit Card
When choosing to pay by credit card, you will be securely directed to Nexi's protected servers. Payment is processed immediately, and shipping will take place within 24 hours of credit confirmation. Accepted credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Postepay, and other prepaid cards. Simply click on the "NEXI payment cards" button.
PayPal
PayPal allows you to avoid entering your financial details with every purchase and does not share your personal data. You can either create a free PayPal account or use PayPal as a guest without registration.
Bank Transfer
Big Line SAS accepts bank transfer as an alternative payment method. Details will be provided at checkout. The order will be shipped once the amount is credited to our account. Please include the order number and full name in the transfer reason. If payment is not received within 4 working days (Italy) or 6 working days (international), the order will be canceled.

Payment in Installments
You can choose to pay in three installments via PayPal (3 Installments) or ClearPay. Immediate approval and 100% online processing. You can calculate your loan installments directly on PayPal.
Cash on Delivery
Big Line SAS accepts Cash on Delivery for orders within Italy. An additional fee of €6.00 will be charged for this service.
2. VAT and Import Taxes Information
2.1 Prices for Customers in Italy and EU
Prices listed on demonglasses.it include VAT but exclude delivery and transport costs.
2.2 Prices for Non-EU Customers
Prices are shown excluding VAT. The system will automatically calculate and reflect the VAT exemption for non-EU orders.
2.3 Import Taxes
For shipments outside the EU, VAT is excluded, but the customer is responsible for paying any applicable import taxes based on their country's regulations.
3. Shipping Information
3.1 Shipping Costs - Italy
Shipments within Italy are made via GLS or other reliable couriers at the discretion of Big Line SAS. Delivery typically occurs within 24-48 hours after dispatch.
Shipping costs for Italy: €7.90.
3.2 Shipping Costs - International
International shipments are via DHL or other reliable couriers. All orders are accompanied by an official invoice in Euros. Delivery times and costs vary based on destination.
For instance, shipments to Zone 1 (Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, Austria) cost €10.00 with GLS and €18.00 with DHL Express. More details for other zones are listed on the website.
3.3 Shipping Date
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday by 15:00 CET. Orders placed on weekends or Italian public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
3.4 Out-of-Stock Items
If an ordered item is unavailable, Big Line SAS will inform the customer via email, offering a refund or alternative solution.
3.5 Shipment Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive an email with the tracking number for their shipment.
3.6 Authorized Delivery
Customers should inspect packages upon delivery. If the package appears tampered with, they should sign with a reservation or refuse the delivery. Report any issues within 5 days to info@demonocchiali.it.
3.7 Undelivered Shipments
If a delivery attempt fails, the package may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
3.8 Shipping Documents
All shipments are accompanied by an official invoice in Euros, and it's illegal to under-declare or mark items as gifts.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Right of Withdrawal
Customers can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cost of returning products is the customer's responsibility, and items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and labels intact. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
5. Site Policy
5.1 Articles and Images Online
Big Line SAS is not responsible for slight color differences that may occur due to variations in computer displays.
5.2 Item Availability
The site reflects the actual availability of items in stock. Big Line SAS will confirm item availability after receiving the order proposal. If an item is unavailable, the customer will be notified promptly.
5.3 Legal Terms
By accessing the demonglasses.it website, users agree to comply with the site’s terms and conditions.
5.4 Ownership/Copyright & Trademark
All content on demonglasses.it is the property of Big Line SAS. Unauthorized use of content is prohibited.
5.5 Commercial Policy
Big Line SAS reserves the right to refuse an order proposal under certain circumstances.
